And you were saying....? Lawd have mercy!! lol. Lil Wayne's daughter Reginae Carter last night celebrated her 16th birthday with a totally lavish party full of entertainment. Guests were thrilled when Nicki Minaj showed up as a surprise to perform at the event but lids were blown off when for birthday presents, this young woman received a brand new Ferrari from her stepfather, Memphitz AND a red BMW SUV.  Check out the super cars after the cut.
